1. General

La Rua Chic Vintage is an independent online vintage store based in Ireland. All items sold are second-hand or vintage and may show signs of age or wear, which will be described and/or shown in photos where possible.

2. Products & Descriptions

Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph all items. Due to the nature of vintage items, minor imperfections are normal and should be expected. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

All items are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euro (€) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before an order is shipped. La Rua Chic Vintage reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within the stated processing time on the website. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service delays. La Rua Chic Vintage is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier or postal service.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers must make contact before sending a return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

La Rua Chic Vintage is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If an issue occurs, customers should contact the courier directly. Assistance will be provided where possible.

7. Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders and provide customer service. Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required to complete an order (e.g., delivery services).

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
